Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tyga.run, sdk.tyga.run, or any related services ("Services") provided by Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including human developers, AI coding agents acting on behalf of users, and automated systems interacting via API keys.

2. Description of Services

tyga.run is an agent-first SaaS platform providing 48 SDK modules and 4,627+ API endpoints via REST API. Services include but are not limited to: authentication, billing, CRM, scheduling, support, e-commerce, analytics, compliance, and telecom modules.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and API Keys

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys
• API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly
• Agent-signup accounts are bound by the same terms as human accounts
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit abusive behaviour
• You must not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing rate limits

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data
• Exceed rate limits or quotas without upgrading your plan
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use the Services to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell access to the Services without written authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from other tenants

5. Multi-Tenancy and Data Isolation

tyga.run operates as a multi-tenant platform. Your data is logically isolated from other tenants and accessible only via your API key. We implement database-level isolation, API key scoping, and sandbox environments to ensure tenant separation.

You are responsible for the data your SaaS application processes on behalf of your end users, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Billing and Payment

• Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Overdue payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

The tyga.run platform, SDK modules, documentation, and related materials are owned by Tyga.Cloud Ltd. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
