1. Introduction

Welcome to tyga.run. This Privacy Policy explains how Tyga.Cloud Ltd (Company No: 14643275), trading as tyga.run ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you use our agent-first SaaS platform at tyga.run and sdk.tyga.run (the "Platform"), or interact with any of our related services (collectively, the "Services").

Tyga.Cloud Ltd is registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Ground Floor, Unit 2 Mallard Court, Mallard Way, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, Cheshire, England, CW1 6ZQ.

tyga.run is an agent-first SaaS platform providing 48 SDK modules and 4,627+ API endpoints for building, operating, and scaling SaaS products, D2C platforms, and marketplaces. AI coding agents are primary users, interacting programmatically via API keys alongside human developers.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, password (hashed), and organisation details. For agent-signup accounts, we generate a synthetic email and do not collect personal email addresses.

API Usage Data

We collect API request logs including endpoints called, timestamps, response codes, and API key identifiers for rate limiting, billing, and platform health monitoring.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with a payment token, last four digits, and billing address.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, user-agent strings, device information, and referral URLs when you access the Platform.

SaaS Tenant Data

As a multi-tenant platform, we store data that your SaaS application processes on behalf of your end users. This data is isolated per tenant and accessible only via your API key.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and Services
  • Process transactions and send billing information
  • Authenticate API requests and enforce rate limits
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and security
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Generate anonymised analytics and usage statistics

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), AWS (storage), MongoDB (database) — under data processing agreements
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorise sharing

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or relevant supervisory authority

Contact privacy@tyga.cloud to exercise these rights.

6. Security and Storage

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • API key authentication with per-key rate limiting and quotas
  • Multi-tenant data isolation at the database level
  • Sandbox mode for development and testing

Data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany) and UK. We retain data for as long as your account is active.

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the UK and EEA with appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK International Data Transfer Agreements.

8. EU and UK GDPR Rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability, right to restrict processing, and right to be forgotten. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@tyga.cloud.
